You can get the source of any post by quoting it. I prefer people making their own post, but copying a part of mine is OK.

You can consider not keeping a history of items given out like i do, then it's not too much work. The old forum posts are a kind of backup history if needed.
What's left:
* updating the list: just run a script, and copy the result to the forum. under a minute
* sending out items: easy, but if you have a big stock, you have to scroll a lot. I should check if there's a helper for this, or make one myself...
* replying on forum: can be really fast, and is fun (IMG:[

* keeping count of donations (if you accept those): with a good system, it's little work.
