We wouldn't be able to run your shop due to the fact that only you will be able to edit the first page, unless you were to send someone every item and the .txt file of your first post, where someone would repost it....

You can get the source of any post by quoting it. I prefer people making their own post, but copying a part of mine is OK.

(also, I'm considering offering to take over, not sure how much work etc it'd be to maintain though.)

You can consider not keeping a history of items given out like i do, then it's not too much work. The old forum posts are a kind of backup history if needed.

What's left:
* updating the list: just run a script, and copy the result to the forum. under a minute
* sending out items: easy, but if you have a big stock, you have to scroll a lot. I should check if there's a helper for this, or make one myself...
* replying on forum: can be really fast, and is fun (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
* keeping count of donations (if you accept those): with a good system, it's little work.
