I made a video project for Spanish class in high school that was so good, the teacher used it as an example to show students the kind of quality they should be shooting for, and continued to do so for years afterward.* True story.**

That's a pretty good achievement (IMO). I've had one teacher hold my essay as an example of how something should be done, but that was because we were her first class where she was trying something new and she didn't really have a precedent set, so... Yeah, it wasn't so great as an achievement as I would like it to be.

My AP European History teacher asked me for fresh copies of all the papers I wrote in his class to use as examples. He was still using them when my sister went to school there. Also a true story.

Don't I know it. Writing is something I enjoy doing and will pretty much just go with something once it hits my brain. Whether it was actually trying a blog or just putting it out for my friends to read, they go largely ignored.

I'm a pretty good writer too... though none of you would believe me. /wrists/

I had the same situation, except because the teacher thought it was hilarious.
It was an advertisement for Hired Goons, and showcased us chasing people, collecting money and breaking knees.
