I'm single because i advise you to:

Take cold showers, go to the bathroom to take a piss and dont drink water before going to sleep as to avoid wet dreams,

Go out and run for a mile (or less, but keep increasing the distance each day) and eat fruits in the morning, as stupid as it sounds it helps making a routine that takes your mind out of jerking off.

Do exercises too. dont read or watch tv for long periods of time, that makes your mind think of jerking.

It's the best advices i can give, hope you can make it to the 1st.

I've pissed in dreams before too; I think our brains just remember what the sensation is like. In general, it's amazing anyone wet dreams anymore, since it's mostly a puberty thing and it won't (normally) happen if you constantly masturbate.
