Not really. You just have a certain undesirableness about you.

QUOTE(FourThirteen @ Feb 1 2012, 01:51) People are stupid, or at the very least they're ignorant to many things. It's hard to expect them to be otherwise. There is no course or guidebook that enlightens people on how to learn, grow and enrich themselves. There's certainly no guide that tells you how to adapt to a new culture, and even if there is, the people who really need it are the ones who don't care enough to read it. What is bizarre about it is that people at least expect some difficulty when they travel to a different location in real life, but when they join a new site on the Internet, they waltz right in expecting to be welcomed with open arms by a diverse community of people that they know nothing about. Some of them even flaunt the fact that they don't care what's normal or accepted, demanding respect from other users while giving none in return.
Granted, hate is not the best answer to this mentality. A real-life example would be Americans visiting Paris. They tend to come away from the experience thinking French people are rude, and the idea that they themselves were trampling over the social conventions of Paris never occurs to them. I fear the same kind of things can happen here, but the analogy isn't perfect. For one, people don't always have a language barrier to deal with here, so when they act ignorant and don't pay attention, it's understandably more frustrating. For another thing, there's the whole GIFT thing, which there were whole threads about in Serious Debates, so I won't get into that.
Ignorance is a fair point sir, I can't argue with that. QUOTE(FourThirteen @ Feb 1 2012, 01:51) "I'm always nice with everyone, as long they're nice with me." This is a nice philosophy, at least until someone shows up and doesn't seem to know or care HOW to be nice to you. You can try to be polite still at that point, and I would certainly advocate that, but you have to understand that it won't always work, and most people here do not have the patience to do that day in and day out with every occurrence.
Everyone is different, I know it & I accepted it from the 1st day I've joined to these forums. The whole point of this is to accept the consequences of your own behavior. I chose mine... some people like me, some people hate me & I have no regrets.

I did some scrounging and honestly, I don't think it's all cappy, Rob and me. Take a look at the Vigilante forum and those cocksuckers are much more abrasive and caustic and serious about it than we could ever be.

I was guilty of many of these things, got aggro, got pissed, got banned... Simple as that... Let my actions be an example to everyone - if you're a fuck and you don't read and follow the rururururrus, you're gonna fuck yourself over in the longrun. Or have to create a new user name. Whichever. Let's hope you haven't been playing hentaiverse for too long cuz starting over is gonna be a bitch. Let's be honest, if you come online and enter a forum you're invariably going to run afoul of someone in there sooner or later. It's human nature to get offended by a comment or post from someone who has different views than yourself. The biggest hurdle to overcome though is to not allow a conversation to degenerate into senseless fuck this, you suck, yadda, yadda, yadda, back and forth. You fight different points of view with logical expressions of your viewpoint or else stay out of the conversation entirely.

You know who I like best on the forum? The HV people. With the exception of Sushitwat and Bunko, they're all pretty cool. Squabbles are minimal, but that's probably because there's a common topic that brings everyone together. Everyone gets along quite well.
But obviously, it's the cartoon porn that brings idiots here to the rest of the forum, most of which are children or socially inept nerds who don't have a clue about anything. So people sicken of having to put up with them and sicken of each other and problems ensue. I've been to places where there was no age limit and people generally acted in a mature manner, but here at a place that's labeled as an "adult" site, it attracts mostly kids and trolls, which is what I hate about it.

While I don't have the experience of long term patronage to the site (I've only been here about half a year give or take) I'm also not one of those people who ever really posts a huge amount within the forum topics unless I actually have something to add to a conversation being held. Most of the time I limit myself to welcoming the new users which is something that is easy to do and doesn't require continued watching. Most of my postings tend to stick in the Serious Debates sub forum because I don't believe or I guess I should say I don't have the patience for a lot of fun and games I suppose. I have to agree that there is generally an over abundance of idiots trolls and totally improper posters that gravitate here because of the content but even without that I have had the opportunity and honor of meeting some very cool people thanks to the site so I have no complaints in the least being here and hanging out.

I just like being a dick to people. It isn't about hate or personal grievances. I don't know or care to know the people I accost here enough to harbor such emotion. Sure there's people here to whom I grown to dislike, but those feelings aren't unjust and I couldn't care less about them enough to wish any . Personally, if you're that offended by text from a complete stranger on the Internet, you either need to loosen the fuck up or go outside and deal with the assholes of the real world.
In short, there's an ignore button you can use and there's plenty parts of the forums the supposed "trolls" here don't normally venture in or normally "troll" people in, so it's not like you're without options. It seems most people just rather choose to bitch.
