Well, I guess I'm not gone yet. I just need to get in the habit of not reading every single unread post in the boards I monitor. I used to do that, and lost entire nights reading and posting. Makes me think I should get paid for this shit.

You'd shit bricks if I told you how many hours I've been spending on the EH forums daily since I got out of the hospital ward. And no, spamhaus doesn't count as I only go there to shoot my green load once in a while now.

That's not supposed to be bragging. I think I might have grown yet another OCD.

Whether I post once a week, or 30 times in one day, I can't even remember what I post at all. I may remember very few specific conversations, if it has something to do with one of my interests (like guns, mecha anime, or lolis), but otherwise I won't even remember what I said or where I said something from earlier in the day. While it may come as an ocassional hindrance when I put my foot in my mouth, it is mostly a blessing that I don't actually invest much of myself into these forums.

Whether I post once a week, or 30 times in one day, I can't even remember what I post at all. I may remember very few specific conversations, if it has something to do with one of my interests (like guns, mecha anime, or lolis), but otherwise I won't even remember what I said or where I said something from earlier in the day. There have been countless hours spent discussing how and why people lose all their social graces and courtesy online. It's all little more than speculation, unfortunately. Maybe we need to get an actual shrink on here.

Did you weigh in before on the "Why are people dicks on the Internet?" thread or a similar one in Serious Debates? I can't remember and can't be bothered to go looking right now.

I think I should read that thread now that I have started posting in there.

I still believe my serious sense needs serious revamping. And no, that isn't supposed to be a resource of language.
I'd blame it on the meds, but you can't blame everything on the meds. You have to man up and take responsibility for your actions sometimes.
