I always wondered what actually took place when someone was IP banned.

It just shows you a "Sorry, you're not permitted to use this board" message when you try to enter the forums, it's pretty underwhelming imho.

I believed it's pronounced Toe-Ho, which is Japanese for "Shitastic Ouijaboo Garbage" or in Engrish "Sheetastico Weegaboo Gahboge Funtimaru Desu".
