i like your idea. but wouldnt it be easier just to have people make a post with how much they want without using COD?
heck even a PM would work
they lose a big chunk from COD fees so they'll just charge you more and if its too high then you wont take it

Postage Paid is only 10 Hath, I guess new player might not be able to get it but anyone who using WTB/WTS a lot should get it. I guess I also let people with out it just say how much they want in the MM Message and I'll Moogle them the money.

im gonna assume you meant 10c and not 10 hath
what i meant was that setting a COD causes you to get noticeably less from a transaction.
i forget the exact amount but say i sent you an artifact set at 16k
you pay 16k to get the item
afterwards i get like 12k or something like that instead of 16k because of the COD fee

i thought that only applied to the 10c per message thing
