- Spirit Stance no longer increases magic damage by 50%; instead it reduces mana cost for all spells by 25%. (This includes upkeep for Innate Arcana.)
- Interference now has the following effects:
-- Magical Crit is reduced by 2% for every point of interference, capping at 50.
-- Mana Cost is increased by 0.5 for every point of interference.
An interesting way to increase/decrease Mana Cost, but considering Cloth armor has no Interference, this seems to impact Melee's more than Mages. Melee's have an increased cost and have to mitigate it with Spirit Stance, while Mages will only experience a small increased cost with a non-eth staff. (Though in hindsight, this seems fair considering mages need MP constantly.)

- Activating Spirit Stance now requires at least 50% Overcharge.
Fair enough. Mages need to whack a few times to even access it before they get a Mana Cost decrease.
QUOTE
- Burden now has the following effects:
-- Evade is reduced by 4/3rd of a percent for every point of burden, capping at 75 where no evade remains.
-- Physical Crit is reduced by 2% for every point of burden above 75, capping at 125.
Good to see my Crit Chance isn't affected, but man, Evade took a nosedive. Not sure how this and the Interference change will affect Arcanist gear... Heavy Armor seems impossible to use now.
QUOTE
- Newly generated Shade Armor no longer has burden, but interference was increased slightly.
More evade for increased Mana Cost? Not sure if want. I'm guessing that Shadowdancer's main thing is the crit chance increase rather than the 0 Burden?

-- Undead: dark -25, cold -25, elec -25, wind -25, str +1
My god. Were Undead OP?
QUOTE
- Monster health now scales by an additional factor of 1/200 per level. Monster health bonus for increasing difficulty was decreased.
That HP buff is a bit high, isn't it? Killing enemies as a melee took long enough already without them suddenly gaining 2+* health.
I'll test out the later DW skills sometime later in the day. Gotta sleep.
