It's not fluff actually, it's a good change by T and was actually suggested by the community.

You don't fight low level monsters after you hit 200, and that will help those monsters get to PL 250 easier.

Besides, it's 260 k (which is pretty affordable compared to other stuff in HV) to cap it, you can even keep those values slightly lower, we all know of costs scale.

Your first point is not true, you are only thinking in terms of a high level player. I have monsters under level 100 that seem to spawn plenty enough since they are getting more kills then my level 300 monsters.

Your second point.... well I'm not going to waste my time digging through a thread when you are being a cryptic douchebag.

If you actually have a point, would be best to make it.

Oh and I'll be checking my mail for those insignificant credits you are going to send (otherwise you just disqualified your earlier statements as well)

I still think a -25 Holy/Dark resistance doesn't matter really much since a) at higher levels, you will have enough crystals to bring it back to what it was before and b­) at lower levels, not many people use Holy/Dark anyway.

All I got are pencil pokers, so what's your point. It is only an extra pot per arena in some cases for me still.

Actually not really. I have the icon thingee because I voted in the contest to try and win something. And as far as the Derpy thing, I have a soft spot for obscure characters and fan-driven entertainment. Plus I also have a weakness for taking something popular and making a 2D fighting game out of it (or a beat em up).
