Yeah, from what I've seen it looks like quality doesn't affect the attack speed roll (kinda like counter-resist is). I don't know, I think that's kinda weird.

More annoying if you ask me, its as if Tenboro introduces these new features like counter resist and attack speed and then purposefully nerfs them by doing stuff like that.....
