I think the Base Multiplier for crush/slash/pierce resistance is off.
0.15 isn't giving relevant or consistent results.
I think the value is close to .111.

I'm not sure about the actual number, I just know .15 can't work, unless the level scaling mod isn't correct anymore(400). These were my proof against .15, specifically the breastplate.
