No, worked on it for awhile, can be roughly guestimated by going from the base stat to base rolls and whatever is in the decimals is "quality" even harder to do now that we dont have a working base stat mod (in progress)

Should be related solely to overall quality. I have observed two equips with the same weapon damage from bazaar, and it gives the same EXP. I think it can be done by brute force....meh

I'm more interested in the scaling over different levels of equip potency (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

I think that the xp needed for level 1 is 175 + 175 * quality rating.

EDIT:

the above is not correct, just found a crude that only need 150 for level 1.

I'm sure the wiki has lots of useful information, but how do I convert what I see on an item (the version scaled to my level) into stats of the type the wiki shows and vice versa? I don't see how on either the wiki or in the first post/thread page here. Are people surreptitiously using a script to do this? One that's now updated for 0.70, too?

HentaiVerse Scripts & Tools list almost all the scripts for further information about scripts see Script Thread, for HV.
Currently the only working equipment base stat display script is [userscripts.org] Hentaiverse Equipment Comparison.

I think the Base Multiplier for crush/slash/pierce resistance is off.
0.15 isn't giving relevant or consistent results.
I think the value is close to .111.
