Unless you plan on doing the quality point analysis, I'd say "no". I think elemental mitigation may be the best candidate for determining actual quality threshold values. Otherwise it's not worth your time.

In best case scenario = you have the right layout for adjusting to the new buffed values.
In current/most likely scenario = you have a more accurate layout for the armor types regarding a stat most players don't care about
In worst case scenario = you did some work that just became irrelevant/deleted
Again, I'd say it's not worth your time.

That sounds really troublesome (redwood)
If you skip redwood it might be ok time-wise. If you include redwood I'd say not worth your time (although there is the hope that it's uniform for redwood, but that'd have to be verified)
