The Base multiplier is completely off for: Shield Feet -> Magical Mitigation -> Warding

I assume DTM for Leather are messed up, 'cause the values are very different for physical and magical DTM, but Wiki uses one value (physical one):

skillchip do you take data for shade interference? forgot if you adjusted factors or whatnot for those after the burden change.

Yeah, I eyeballed and adjusted the range a bit, so more interference the better. Would actually be better if we started over on both arcanist and non-arcanist
