All data are normally saved in local storage - some sort of improved cookies. You should check options in both browsers to allow use of local, permanent cookies.

I can get the settings to remain in Chrome in normal windows after closing Chrome, but not in Incognito. Any clue why and possible fixes? (I play HV in Incognito since I disabled most of my extensions for it, while I have plenty running in normal windows)

Incognito mode doesn't save any settings. At all. For anything. No matter what you do, nothing will be saved on your computer. You'd be better off downloading Chrome Portable and using that specifically for HV and nothing else.

Actually extensions can save data in incognito mode. Any data save to the extension's local storage is saved.
HV Stat is a content script so it is saves data to Hentaiverse.org local storage which isn't save in incognito mode.
For HV stat to save data in incognito mode, a background page would have to be added, which would greatly increase complexity

Seems to be failing for me for battle statistics...

With the monster list no longer available, each monster encountered has to be manually scanned by the add-on. Each scan has to be done individually & this allows the mobs to still attack, while losing a turn.

Queries

1. Is it possible to script a 1-round auto-scan of all the mobs within that round?

2. Does the system allow an auto-scan?

How do I back up HV STAT settings and HVMDB on Firefox so I can clean up and then restore HV's settings & HVMDB?
Every time I clean it up using either it's built in tool Clear Recent History (Ctrl+Shift+Del) or [www.piriform.com] CCleaner
it wipes out the HV scanned monster database (HVMDB) and all the settings. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

I read the two search results but they were about Chrome; 1 & 2, and it wasn't helpful as I couldn't find "localstorage" anywhere. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

Searched my local windows XP; FireFox program folder, Java program folder and local settings;
C:\Documents and Settings\User\Local Settings\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\
to no avail.

those instructions were for those on windows 7.

How much would this slow me down compared to derpys Version?

That mostly depends on how much stuff you want to track and record. the more stuff you use, a more visible performance hit you can notice. This 0.6.5 patch of the game and HVStat doesn't play nice with the ABP (AdBlock Plus) chrome plugin, so I had to turn ABP off.

It will likely vary depending on what speeds you get from your ISP and whatever your using, chrome or firefox.

I only use the basic stuff like Effect Durations and Loot Tracker.

By the way it does not show the correct amount of collected Crystals. Why I get 10 it adds 11 and when I get 11+ it adds 1 (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif)

I don't know if the crystal tracking was fixed for larger returns yet. you can turn off what you don't need and use what you were using previously to track crystals.

1. Nope, scan is normal in-game action, so it is limited, STAT just saves received data to further use.
2. Yes, but I am pretty sure it would be considered as bot-like function.

In firefox data is stored in webappsstore.sqlite - it is located just inside of profile folder.

HV STAT entries are removed, when you are cleaning cookies.

I asked about double digit crystal drops after changing something in formula, without any answer.
As I don't receive such - I have no possible way to check it myself, so sorry.

Suggestion:
1.Hide certain type of monster.

I consider,maybe more people are care about the Giants and Elemental,
or like me do not care about the type of monster.

2.Hide specific weaknesses /resistances can be set seperately.

Because I will care about a specific resistance, but does not care about that weakness.

For example, my solution:

Always use Elec attacks, unless the monster has Elec resistance.
So, I usually only concerned with the Elec resistance, do not care about Elec weaknesses.

Only monster has Elec resistance, I will care for other weaknesses.
In this case, I will not care about its other resistance.

In addition, this option the "resistance", spelling less a letter "s".

Go to greasemonkey settings, maybe it (HVSTATS) was disabled?
The wrench doesn't show up, but does the script still work?
