Here's some examples of what I already have. I want to know if anyone is willing to sell any sword chucks they kept from the old days, or even just look at their link to compare to mine. How rare are 1H weapons with these kinds of stats? Should we start a petition to begask Tenboro to bring them back? Interesting weapons if a little impractical due to lack of good accuracy boosts, parry, and so on. They are handy for agi/end builds, though? I'm hoping that people post so that I can get an idea of how good (or bad) they can get and the rarity.

So how much do you think a sword chuck with critical near 25 would go for at an auction? I'm thinking of putting an offer in my signature for one once I adopt a server in December. Yeah, I imagine it won't be cheap!

Teeen, the chucks essentially have these kinds of boosts:

Weapon Damage pretty high
Attack Critical Bonus sometimes over 20%
Some strength boost and possibly intelligence reduction
Upto 25% Bleeding Wound for upto 4 turns with decent damage?
NONE of the parry, accuracy, and so on boosts.

Remember that critical hits automatically proc an effect so these are normally used to boost the critical hit rate of something like a club. Thanks to DW patch back around a year ago, this is no longer needed. You can use 2 clubs instead and get (multiplicative) combined chance. Still, I like to mix the sword chuck with another weapon to boost both damage and effect proc rate. There might be a place for these in a future patch. They're pretty cool just because they're unique and allow you to try different strategies/character builds.

My two-sided view, better to have melees to elaborate.

Sword chuck's strength lies in those higher crit rate, which means you can further increase your firepower, while you can get no more benefit from offhand club once you stunned your enemy.

But you may also need to consider clubs usually gives more ADB and AAB than sword chucks.
