This following narrated/boxes passage feels weird like the speaker changed from character to character.
The beginning narration gives me the impression from the Ore that the speaker is the street boy talking about himself. But then in the last narration, it seems it's the other person now speaking since it refers the first character by name Remon/Lemon. Do these narration boxes/internal monologue often shift speaker in manga? I haven't really seen this before. Any advice or insight would be appreciated thank you!

Also additionally "メイ‖クウィン聖院" What does Mei Gywn/Quinn mean? Is this a reference to something?

Yeah I was really thrown off when I noticed this shift thanks for confirming! I still have no idea what Mei Quinn/Gwynn is a reference to. The best I found was it could be a reference to Aubrey Gwynn or maybe Mary (Mei) Gwynn, it's probably a made up Western sounding Saint considering the Priest/novice monk trainee is named Eugene. It probably refers to the fact that, in the first place, the mob characters shouldn't be undressing other people or doing sex stuff in school. In addition to that, Noboru is a guy.

Noboru has been led to believe that having sex is proof of friendship. He therefore interprets the mob guys fleeing and appearing unwilling to have more sex with him as meaning that they no longer want to be his friends.

EDIT: After some thought, it seems likely that Noboru cares most about losing his "friends" because he would be losing sex partners. I think "we can't do these things if we're not friends," expresses that idea fairly well.
