It's a completely normal phrase. チャック (Zippers) and ファスナー (fasteners) get 閉まる (closed.)

早くhere can be more naturally and accurately expressed in English as "right now" or "at once." but "quickly" is fine as well, depending on how you want to phrase the translation.

So basically she's telling the guy to zip up immediately or quickly put the thing away.
