I kinda can't put it properly, but if someone calls a person "Oyaji" it implies that the person is behaving in a way that is considered inappropriate or out of touch. It could be that the other person's request to suck his/her tits is seen as something that an "old man," who has lived most of their life and lacks shame, might do."
So the person is definitely not calling the other person daddy or husband-kun. But you got the idea now.

Now the sentence 長時間は腰に来ますの is confusing me a bit.

Does she mean "after such long times, this will come on my back" (these heat plaster)
Or "after such long times it get's into my back" (as in she refers to the pain)

I feel like ニーム is a typo and it could be ブーム.

I usually try to rule out typos but it's possible. I was thinking it might be 任務 or something. How would you translate it even with the ambiguity around ニーム?

This つー. I kinda was thinking about it and in the process I noticed that Tsu sounds like breathing in and out of the nose. English isn't my native language and I personally would write it down maybe as "Huff".
Would that fit that way maybe? Read also it may be a small つ that means guh as moaning.

So I should use it then as Haa, Haah then. I see. I had been curious about it since it appears since the girl is doing heavy breathing moans there while trying out to not create the usual "Haah" with her mouth but rather breathing trough ther nose.
