Pretty straight forward "Viz-let" as far as I can tell. Maybe "Viz-lit" like when the E sounds like an I when actually spoken in a name. Let's assume it's pronounced as 'Viz-lit' if it's easier.

I think ヴィスレット will work though for the significance of the usage just being a shirt design thing.

They're playing [ja.wikipedia.org] Ou-sama Game where the person who picked a certain number get designated as the king. The king in turn may pick a random number and the person who has that number must do something as the king commanded them to. In this case, the king directly chose the person instead of calling their number, making the poor guy exclaim in dismay "What!? No calling a number!?".

@Pangean: I absentmindedly forgot to mention a vital aspect of the game, but hopefully it should have been obvious: the participants normally keep their number hidden to avoid being made to do some embarrassing stuff.

Another thing, the translation should have been "What!? No calling out a number!?" or "What!? No guessing my number!?" or "What!? My number doesn't count!?" or something along that line.

It says Honokura Honoka in katakana next to 仄暗仄. 仄ちゃん would be Honoka-chan. This is all consistent with the kanji readings too.
