I just can't wrap my head around the sentence in the upper left. Context: Guy is taking revenge for getting bullied and just found out that the girl he liked because she seemed the only one to defend him was behind it all. All I'm getting is "I'm an idiot who can even understand getting bullied that much" but that doesn't make any sense? Or a vague feeling that he might be talking about how she was friends with some of the girls who took part in the bullying, but I'm not sure how.

Written super literally, it'd be something like "I'm such an idiot, of course people would bully me (because I'm an idiot)." Basically self-deprecation cranked to 11.
If you can't wrap your head around it, think of it as two separate sentences combined to one:

1st is likely something between イ　ん　入 (probably 入)
2nd is most definitely う, or otherwise ラ
3rd is something between あ お よ

And I dunno about this one, but some writer love inserting random katakanas, so you probably should not rule it out.

So maybe something like, "Wha-what are you saying!? Don't tease older women."

The reason why I chose no polite words like "please" and what not is because she's not using keigo and she used だい and there's an exclamation point.
