??? "Flying"? This is obviously a metaphore. I found 記憶が飛ぶ (To forget or black out), so I'm guessing it's something like "drifting off" (losing awareness or consciousness?), but that's just a guess from context.

why is it on 11/12?

my guess is that kawa皮 and kawa川 are a pun

and kawa川

can be made with the three lines in 11/12 [ 1 1 / ] or [ 1 1 (/) 1]

for it being on the 12 instead of any day in November someone else would need to do more research

my guess is that the 12 is different than the 11, the idea that the skinsuit has something different underneath or something

I think what's going on is the woman on the right is asking the other 3 women if they're okay with doing dirty shows on TV and they say they enjoy doing them and if they didn't they'd quit, which surprises the other woman.

イヤよイヤよも好きの内 is an expression that basically refers to being tsundere: being overly defensive about liking someone, or denying it in a way that gives away your true feelings.
"You keep saying "no", but you actually like it" or "Even when you say you don't, you actually do" would be more literal translations.

So the second half of the text bubble is a reference to that phrase (she only says the first part without finishing it): "イヤよイヤよもってか？”
"Is this a situation where [that phrase] applies?"
"Is *that* what's going on with you here"?
"Is it *that* kind of thing?"

So my translation would be:

Oh you!
