It just means soil fertilized with shellfish.

It does take the mistique out of it, you could either cut out mysterious, or think of a fancy way of saying fertilized soil.

乃 is actually the archaic form of の (think of it as ye for the), so it could be that the joke is indeed that it got a fancy name slapped on.

Well, I can write you a transcript with most of the partial characters pretty easy, and some guesses for the most obvious gaps, but it won't be remotely coherent or translatable. It's disconnected babbling, and incomplete Japanese sentences can never be translated into English properly since the whole sentence structure is so different. The second half of a Japanese sentence might end up as scattered bits and pieces of an English sentence because of the different word order.

It's probably Tsuya-tan, Tsuya is her name and -tan is the honorific.

You're probably going to have to modify it to make it sound smoother, but it means something like "you just can't say anything if the girl that you like says it like that," or "you can't help but be speechless if your crush tells you something like that.

Small advice, you have to pay more attention to which characters are small and which characters are normal sized.
You should've transcribed it as
