No, the author didn't get NTRed in real life. リアルNTR is meant as standard NTR, in contrast to 逆NTR being reverse NTR.

Here's something I published as part of an anthology, with reverse NTR as its theme.
It's actually something I wrote after getting NTR'd IRL, so I kinda just put all my feelings into it, I guess.

Besides the second line it looks fine.
I can feel for the translator, the second line is really hard to read, I can understand his interpretation.
Replace "getting NTR'd IRL" with "doing a standard NTR project" and you should be fine.
("forward NTR"?)

Maybe you made the same mistake as me and mistook 凶 for 区?
元凶 げんきょう

Can't help you with the movie reference, I haven't watched it, let alone in Japanese. It looks like they're talking about it, but obviously the author can't name the movie (copyright) so they are speaking indirectly. "アノ雪ネタ" → "That snow movie".

First he's asking if he may say something strange, which is a reference to the movie,
then she realizes that her key chain gave him the insight.
Lastly they are exchanging who watched the movie most.

I'd probably translate 元凶の組織メビウス as "the culprit organisation, Mobius".
