Be a bit more specific please. Where is the problem with these lines, what part do you not understand. If you go on like this we would be effectively translating half of the dojin for you. So tell us at least what you used as a translation.

Here some hints:
1. 新→親, 方 politely means 人
2. 不甲斐ない = disappointing, weak-minded, cowardly
3. just ignore 頂く, it just means that it's an honor for him
4. he speaks towards the girls
5. not sure what "♥も" is supposed to mean, but it's not relevant to get the meaning.

There's one page in this doujin that seems pretty confusing to me. 3 guys are on a private island vacation for 100万円 (~$10,000 rounded) for 10 days.

The 3 guys walk in and there's 3 girls standing there with a cardboard cutout behind them of 13 more girls drawn on it. The one guys like, "What's that panel behind them?" and one of the 3 girls says "With the S-course you can do lots of ecchi stuff with these girls and us included." And then the 3 girls say:

And then a big exclamation bubble, can't tell who is saying it, probably the guys:

So what I gather is she's saying it's 2000万 yen (~$200,000) for the S-course for fucking all the girls together
100万 yen (~$10,000) for the standard package mentioned at the beginning for one person to choose 1 of the 3 girls, which is what they do later.

And a guy says "2000万て。。。リアルに家変えちゃう"
$200,000... Seriously you could buy a house for that much.

家ie= house 変 from kaeru = change?
At first I thought it was saying he'd lose his house if he spent that much, but I think it's saying you could change $200,000 into a house basically.

So does that seem like the right translation for
一人2000万で
100万の人は三人から一人。。。だって
2000万て。。。リアルに家変えちゃう
is basically what I wanted to ask and check. Sorry got kinda jumbled including all my thoughts. Thank you!

There's one page in this doujin that seems pretty confusing to me.

You should really post a link to that doujin.
That aside, I probably would have drawn the same conclusion as you, as the seem to make sense.
But I'm with you, the Japanese sounds strange. Maybe it's a typo 変える = 買える?

Yeah, I agree. Thanks, Shapes. I asked some Japanese people in a stream I was watching and a random chatter seemed to say the same thing. I thought he was kidding at first when he said that (買える) but it must just be an accepted slang thing or something and Japanese people know he means the other kanji even though he said the wrong one I suppose.

Anoko is gender neutral in Japanese so it could be referring to boys or girls which I'm guessing you know in the doujin; so you could change kids with "Those boys" for example.
