The sentence doesn't make too much sense to me.
肺の中も = The insides of my lungs too
鼻から抜ける息も = the breath I'm breathing out of my nose too
ちんぽの臭いで = because of the dick's smell
頭がおかしくなりそうだ = I think I'm getting insane

I'm a bit puzzled how breathing out can drive one insane? I think I would put it as different sentences and skip the nose part:

I'm not entirely sure, looking it up didn't shed too much light on it, but it sounds like it's related to some other "charmed" or "head over heels" SFX. It could have something to do with the source material too, which I'm unfamiliar with.
