I'm not sure about the context so I used "director," but I think it can be replaced with chief doctor/chief physician.

Graver if English, Gröber if German. Though Graber/Gräber also works for the latter but it's less common.

Hmm. Game isn't released yet, and information is sparse. Names could go a few ways (all of them can be either German or English), so ultimately it would be up to the translator's discretion. Yours, to be specific.

My intuition tells me it's probably intended to be German, because there's usually more German influences (compared to other European ones) in medieval fantasy settings thought up by Japanese authors (because they like using one of those small pre-unification German-speaking medieval/renaissance countries as inspiration, and it's more... "chuuni" this way), but those usually wind up being Anglicized in English translations anyway because English speakers have difficulty pronouncing the German(ish) spellings. Prime example being the Fire Emblem series (e.g. Krom → Chrom).

Glüh also sounds a bit lame as a royal surname and the name of the kingdom. Glew is slightly better. At this point I might decide to dive into Old English and make it more exotic like "Gleaw" to add a fake veneer of "respectability".

As for Rick the netore protag, he's from another country, though his name sounds the most Germanic, despite being from a country with a Latin-derived name ("Martin"). I'm tempted to transcribe his last name as "Graber", just for the lame pun ("grab her", "grabber").

I'll go with Glew and Graber, it's not like I'm gonna translate the game or something, it's just to create the pages on vndb, it can be edited later.

Is it something like:
"It was the day when we were the most aroused" ?　一日 this term really troubles me in the sentence.

- I don't need to finish my sentence, do I?

Second sentence is like "You already know what I'm going to say right?" kind of thing. Pretty much implying that she should just commit suicide than to live in shame.

Yes, 待たぬ stands for "not waiting."
-待てと言われて待つくノ一など.
Is more like "There isn't any kunoichi that would wait just because someone told them to wait."
It's not really a Kunoichi thing at all. It's closer to criminal shouting for their victim to wait, and victim not waiting for them to catch up.

3.
そうかと思えば and 時に強<…激しく攻められ… should be looked at separately imo.
そうかと思えば is kinda like "When I thought about," or rather "Just as I thought that..."in this context.
時に強<…激しく攻められ… is like "Sometimes strongly...(implied sometimes)roughly attacked."

You're probably gonna have better time translating these if you look at all the thought bubbles as a whole paragraph rather than individual sentences.
Kinda like
-Just as I thought that she was going to relax my body, which was stiff from anxiety...
-she assaulted me roughly... and firmly from time to time...
-And she brought me over the peak of pleasure over and over again...(Or just "made me cum over and over again.")

言っとらんよ
Is pretty much equivalent to 言っておらん, which is like 言っていない.
So it would be "I'm not gonna say that it's bad, or "I'm not saying that it's bad."

-It's like "out of the standard" doesn't even cut it anymore...
or
-It's like "out of the standard," is enough to describe it anymore...
~程に is like a comparison. In this case, they're saying that her strength was already extraordinary before, but she got even stronger than that.

一日 is literally "One day," so "It was the day..." is correct imo.
