I still don't understand why he is so confused with this, isn't it clear that semen and pee come out differently? Why does he compare split peeing with ejaculation, instead to compare it with normal peeing?
Used this for the dialog:

Ah, I didn't realize the combination of both makes it even bigger. I transformed the 怪しい to awkward.

I think Monkey_lmf is correct, I'll explain it bit more in detail though.

もん is short for もの, but as Monkey_lmf said, it has no meaning, it's just emphasis. Emphasis usually that (strong) feelings are involved (emotion-ness). Thus mostly used by females or children.

Also I would say: "I have Yuuko-chan" instead of "got".

2) On the next page (last panel), when he says 「よく知ってるな」, is he saying she's pretty familiar with (or knowledgeable about) that particular hotel, or that she's knowledgeable in general about hotels and which are the good ones?

3) On the next page (very first bubble), does その下見 here refer to a preview of the space (i.e. their visit also acted as an early look or sneak peak into this area which in the future they will use for business purposes), or does it refer to a preliminary examination/evaluation of the space (i.e. their visit also acted as an chance for them to evaluate the suitability of the space for business purposes)?

4) On the same page (left middle panel), I take it that 「特に嫌われているといった感じでもないのだが… /// 年頃の女の子はこんなものなのだろうか…」 means "I don’t particularly get the feeling that she dislikes me or anything of the sort, but… /// Is that just how grown women her age are...?", yes?

1) I won't use the word "although" because the second half of that box is against "encountering difficulties" of raising the girl (i.e. applying to work in his own company makes him even less worried as a father). Overall translation is looking good.
2) That particular hotel.
3) She is trying out how good the hotel is in general (e.g. food, service, environment...) and see if it is suitable to treat guests/business partners.
4) I would use "girls at that age".

Not sure what the context is, but maybe
