I'm having some small problems this line here "その…ゆっくり動く…からな?" I get to know in the next page that the character saying it has no idea about penetration in sex, so I thought of going with something in the line of "Should I... be moving... slowly?"

a few of the side bubbles say 痛いか? (Does it hurt?) and えっ!? (Eh!?)

And while I'm at it, maybe a little quicky with this one?

I'd translate その…ゆっくり動く…からな? as something like "Well... I'll start moving slowly, I guess?" just to imitate the structure of the sentence.

The last one in the image looks like a handwritten 熱ッ (Hot-!) on first glance.

As for the image, I thought the top left part might have been 去, but considering the heart icon, Atsu(i) sounds more likely

They're handwritten sloppily on purpose since the character is supposed to be mumbling the lines to themselves

This is tough to translate. The kanji individually mean "treasure, shell, woman, alcohol". The first two form a compound word that specifically means "cowrie shell". So the whole compound means "Cowrie shell woman's sake" (or something like that).

Honestly, it sounds like a made-up brand name for whatever kind of alcohol is in the bottle.

Hard to say without more context, but one meaning of 裏 can be "hidden, unseen, secret, etc." If that makes sense, you'd have to choose the precise translation yourself to fit the context.

So yeah, you should translate it according to the story's context.
