The second image explains some of the places in the map on the first one. I'll just translate the first line to give you an idea

top left: "public toilets - public toilets are installed at various places in Bitch Town"
top right: "reverse-rape street - guys who pass here ... are raped!"
bottom left: "virgin street - there aren't any guys who pass here and remain a virgin"
bottom right: "central area (royal bitch garden) - area of high class bitches"

もん means もの (物) in that case.

Another poster already pointed out that it's short for 物, but it's also worth noting that when it's shortened to もん it's often used to denote a reason for something.

Hey guys, I need help.

Typing the japanese characters takes too much time. Is there a OCR software that doesn't need a phone to identify the japanese characters? I want something that can convert the words in pictures into text so I can copy and paste the japanese sentence.
