Something like, "And so, I gave the guy working at the convenience store his first sexual experience". The したげた at the end seems like a contraction of して and あげた to me.

2 doesn't really say anything about "stimulation." I'd probably go with something like, "It does feel good, but..." That said, it's not a critical error.

Depends what you're looking for.
A translation that's as close to the original as possible or one that still holds the gist of the original text?
If the latter, it's good enough. Maybe 2 will be a bit of a stretch but, as Quilloasa stated, and I agree here, it's not a critical error and, all in all, the gist of the idea is there. (Feeling the stimulation, at the very least, could be understood as feeling good, which is what the original text says).
If the former is what you want, I'd change 2 and 3 to
2; Though it feels good.... (or any alternative construction).
3: It feels like I'm endlessly eating the appetizer without ever getting to the the main dish.

春裏麗 seems to be a name. No clue how to read it, though.
春裏 (the first and second kanjis) could be read as Chun Li but, as far as I'm aware, Chun-Li (SF character) is written as 春麗 (the first and the third).

As for the image:
From the back or the front (of the court, most likely), Mama Ace spikes furiously.

In this page:
https://e-hentai.org/s/1d27a0006d/1163485-11

In the last bubble it says:
しょ うがないな
勝手に壊れないように
繋いでおかないとね

What does the verb 繋ぐ mean here? is it about her connecting with her brother, or how he will tie her up? How would you translate it?

I figured it would be that, but the いでおかない conjugation confused me. How does it work in that sentence?

Also this line in the following page is giving me trouble:
https://e-hentai.org/s/843c13ed46/1163485-19

半年もった娘はいないけど

on the second to last balloon. What does it mean?

There are four separate grammatical constructs in the sentence 繋いでおかないとね.

繋いで - 繋ぐ (to connect) in the positive te-form.
〜ておかない - 〜ておく (to do something in advance/for a future purpose/in preparation for/etc.) The base form of this is おく which comes from the verb 置く (to put) but takes on this special meaning when it's connected to a verb in the te-form. おかない is in the negative form.
〜と - ([when coupled with a negative verb] (must do 〜) which is a basic particle.
ね - (right?/don't you agree?/etc.) another basic particle.

The 〜ておく forms are very hard to translate. I'd say about half the time I don't really bother because doing so would just result in an awkward sentence. Sometimes I can reword the sentence slightly to try to capture the effect. Other times there's just no real way to express the concept in English while retaining a natural sounding sentence.

So your whole sentence is something like, "I have to be connected (to something) (for some future purpose) right?"

No matter what I've tried, my account is still in sad panda mode (maybe because it's been recently registered?) so I can't see the original context, but if she's connected to a machine like another poster said, I'd go with something like "It can't be helped, I have to stay connected to this machine all the time so I don't die/break." She literally says "So I don't break" but depending on how much of her is human vs. how much of her is machine, you could also translate that last part as "So I don't die" if that would be more natural in the given context.

Damn, I should have given context more properly.
She isn't even connected to a machine, it's just so gruesome looking that it seems that way. She's tied up while her vaginal fluids are being harvested (pretty cool imo).

But yeah, I've got enough now to translate that balloon. Thanks a bunch (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

I'd like to know how to translate this other line, though.

it doesn't seem difficult to me, almost literally :

"but there's no girl I've kept for half year"

You see, "motta" is the past form of "motsu" meaning "to have, to be in possession of"

Edit : on second thought, "for half year" should be 半年間. Anyway, imho, general meaning is that he had no girl connected to the machine more then half year.ù
Hope this helps.

So, ran into a bubble I had a little trouble with. It's the first bubble here: https://e-hentai.org/s/4f728e84e4/1084982-78

The text is:
やっぱり
そうだわ
私の子想通り...
And the context, from the next bubble, is how she enjoys having her uterus pounded by a penis more than a finger right after starting to have sex on the last page.

My biggest problem is the "子想通り" of the last line. The rest I've gotten as "Just as I expected...", but my kanji dictionary isn't helping much here... I know 子 is "ko", and is used for kid, or stuff relating to it such as how it's used for the kanji for uterus/womb. From what I can gather, it seems like it may be referring to the "child passageway/path", aka the vagina. Would that be right? Or is it something else? I'd greatly appreciate any help here!

Edit : i.e., not the lower vagina; upper into the uterus, don't know how to express it in english, sorry, I'm not native english speaker.
