His initial tweets mention that whenever he's about to finish something, he always runs into trouble just before it's done, so I'd say that's a no to managing to print anything.

おふろ　might just literally be おふろ given she seems to be dunking him in her drink. ひゃぐひー　I have no idea. しゃぶり　maybe?

I'm currently trying to translate a pixiv novel to practice my Japanese on my own (here:https://www.pixiv.net/novel/show.php?id=6606438). Some guy gets a collar from a shady company doing research after seeing an ad for a well-paying part-time job, and that collar transforms him into a blue latex dog and ends up trapping him in the suit and milking him dry for a week. I have two questions so far:
1. There's a sentence beginning with "いつも通りであればこんな怪しさ大爆発なバイトは受けるはずもないのだが、", which I assumed meant something like "If things were normal he wouldn't have taken such a suspicious part-time job, but...". However, the word "大爆発な" is used which i assume literally means "explosive". Is this slang for something else, and is there a better way of translating this word?

2. This is the passage from when he's opening the box:

カッターで箱を開けていく、どうやらギチギチに梱包材が詰まっていたようで、切った所から勝手に開いて中身
があらわになっていく。

端までカッターの刃を入れたところで箱の蓋が梱包材の押す力ではじけるようにして開いた。

I've translated this as:

As he started cutting the box open, it was apparently so stuffed with packing peanuts that it opened on its own from where it was cut, revealing what was inside.

From the edge of where the blade was inserted, the box’s lid burst open from the force of the packing material.

The issue is that I'm not sure that I have the right translation for "端までカッターの刃を入れたところで" among other parts of that passage, since I'm not too familiar with a lot of the grammar structures used in this.

about old guys but im not sure.

It's a section dedicated to pubic hair fashion so it could mean that the booming fashion is having making it bristle after it has "awaken" (覚醒, or started growing).

1: No clue about that. 怪しさ大爆発 seems to be an expression, but I couldn't find much about it. By the context, I'd assume what you did.
2: The first part seems ok. I'd translate that as "As he started opening the package with a cutter, the box started opening by itself, as if stuffed with packing peanuts, revealing its content."
端までカッターの刃を入れたところで箱... would be "As the blade of the cutter was inserted until its end, the box..." or "As he inserted the blade....".

There really isn't much context so it's hard to tell. It does seem like a surprised remark that the guys thinks the same way as she does. Maybe go with "Oh my..."?

Yes. I normally just leave the ellipses. If you want to add a letter, add an H or "hg".

Not sure what 接点 means in this context, but I guess it's being used as "interaction". So I'd guess that he's implying that he interacting with a schoolgirl is not a good deal, even if it's to keep Karina's identify safe.
