She's using kendo terminology, as in she's landing a chest blow.

I actually did kendo myself and I know the targets are tsuki, kote, men, and do, but for some reason I thought I had seen or heard stuff where they shout chesuto too when attacking with swords or something. Sorry for being misleading.
