That's モリッと, not モリット. It's an important distinction. モリッと is most likely being used as a sort of abbreviation for もりもりと. He's not saying he's not going to start exercising; he's saying he wants to make a comeback and do a bunch of work in 2013.

By the way, do we have a list of moans anywhere on the forums? I'm not a translator, and I have a bunch of moans that I cant identify. (Beyond the fact that they're probably variations of "Ah", "Mmn", "Nng" and possibly "Unf" I mean)
