Thanks for your help, but in the second one, I'm struggling with the 子 part, sorry about the confusion. For me, it seems in a weird place being after the verb, if means childish it should be with pussy and boobs, and not there, as far as I know.

子 means "young girl" here - "childish" would be 子供らしい.

Placing a noun after a verb is very common in Japanese. In short it means that there is a subclause in the sentence which precedes and modifies the noun.

"I am a girl *who wants to have her boobs and pussy watched*".

Could use a second opinion on this phrase. It's the first bubble on this page. The first half of the bubble is obvious enough, but "えれぇ強ぇと" is definitely throwing me for a loop. Is this a slang reference I'm not getting? Any ideas?

The translation has the intended meaning but it just sounds really weird in English.

Maybe something like:
'Amazing... so when a guy cums, they let out this much semen...'

Presumably the one saying it has never seen a guy cum before so has no idea how much cum usually comes out.
I hope someone can come up with something better. Mine still sounds a bit weird to the English ear.

I can't for the life of me figure out what 前提 means here. I've seen it a few times but it's always accompanied by a particle like に, so this time I have no idea where it fits in the sentence.
