結局なかった事にされた → Not too sure, but maybe something along the lines of "They ended up acting like nothing ever happened" ???

まさか[彼女がここに]尋ねてくるとは[思わなかった] → My guess is that this たずねる means visit, even though that's usually written 訪ねる. That would make this something like "I never thought she'd visit me here".

So what does

"inai no nara" and "inai no dakara" means?

I think the first one is like "if it is not" and the second one is like "because it is not", but I'm not sure.

First, it's 少なくする, not 少しなくする

The best I can do for the meaning without knowing the context is something along the lines of "Ever since, [he/she/whatever the subject is] avoided attention, and even stopped getting involved with others very much."

You can tell by the politeness levels. The fat girl is the guy's senpai, so he talks to her in polite form, and she replies in regular form.

Hence the top bubble is said by her and the bottom bubble by him.
