Wanna ask a question here:

I'm pretty lost on what she is trying to say in the penultimate panel here (text: ア…あんたも…言うようになったじゃない…っ…! / アタシが…まるで…! / アンタなしじゃいられない…みたいに / 言ってェ…♡). What does she mean by this? I feel like it's something like "S...so even you...can say stuff like that now...! / It's almost...like...! / you don't ...need me (anymore) / Tell me...! [presumibly "Tell me if I'm right about you not needing me"]" , but I am really iffy about that. Especially because the next page seems to be about him proving himself as manly, which I assume implies he doesn't need her anymore, but on the other hand, I assume his response is that he still needs her, but then I don't see how that is associated with him being オトコらしい or not -> as you can see, I am confused.

Any help is appreciated.

What I understood is that she's asking him to try to tell her something along the lines of he being unable to live without her.
"Y-you...are able to say something like that! Say to me....That you can't be without me...!"
or
"Say to me something like....'I can't be without you'...!"

Is there a difference between exclamation marks "!" and these things for emphasis/inflection/etc?

My convention is that "っ" means that the speaker can't even finish talking because of whatever happened.

Tonigobe is closer to the real meaning, if you ask me: くちゅっ is like this kind of wet suction / sucking / wet contact sound. I can't remember for Tonigobe (because I haven't used the guide in ages), but I think some of the translations on The Jaded Network are just way too vague, and sometimes quite far from what the sound actually means.

Asking this ahead of time -> On this page, what does OB mean or stand for? Clearly it seems to mean either some fit person or some fitness trainer or something, but I am unable to find more relevant information on the term.
