I guess it's about (female) (naked) bodies lined up in front of the speaker and how by seeing it, the character stop thinking and abandon itself to lust (or is it the opposite?).
But without the context it's hard to get the middle ground between the idea and the way to write it, to remain as faithful as possible to the original version.

As always for my translations, it won't be perfect, adapt using the context and/or alternative dictionaries, using it as is may not work:

余計にヌルヌルしてきたッ : it turned out unnecessarily slimy

なかなかではないか : it's not bad at all
じゃがこの零華を満足させるには … With that getting this Reika satisfied should be...

なかなかではないか : it's not bad at all

It sounds more like: "You're not half bad. However, it will take more than that to satisfy me..."
