I'm having a smidge of trouble with the first bubble(s) here. The translation is "onesan, are you interested in an amusing video?", but I don't know if it's broken in between the bubbles or just missing the smaller half :/

That doesn't look anything like any kanji for sister ('ne(e)') I can find, but unfortunately it also doesn't quite look like the kanji for lady/miss ('ojouchan') is supposed to either. I'm pretty sure it's not supposed to be 'nee', and I'm pretty sure it's supposed to be 'jou' (miss/lady), at least until someone can show me what that kanji definitely is.

That line is split between the bubbles, but not in a really nice and neat way for English.

"Yes."...or yup or whatnot. It's not the most formal.

Hmm.... alright then, i'll have to figure something out then. That first part doesn't matter, the alternative was "Miss, *blah blah blah*". But that isn't important >_>

Could it be Genocide Cutter? It's one of Rugal's special moves.
Since Vice and Mature are in the doujin, it's most likely.

It's "We are (from) [this place]." It looks like they've taken up a sales job to supplement their income, so they're annoucing themselves at the beginning there. The name might be a parody of something, but I couldn't tell you what. I'd also be inclined to treat the name as only 2 words, not 3 (split before 'ta').
