Yeah, I'm pretty sure the 勝手な言い分 here is him referring to what Yuna said on the previous page, something like "Why? We've pretty much done everything under the sun except sex". He's kinda disapproving of how she's wording things, which I cannot think of a good way to express succinctly in English. The closest thing I can think of is

"Say whatever you want... but even considering all the things we've done [your translator missed out this これでも part, but I'm too clumsy to word it nicely], I'm still committed to Maya" (I think committed is closer to 操立てている than faithful but whatever)

edit: "even though we're like this" is better

If it were から instead of まで then the "after" would make sense, but that would be an interesting typo to make, and I'm fairly sure they're not interchangeable for that particular meaning. Admittedly it would make more sense with the next line if it were like 女の体になってからも

btw I know pretty much nothing about the Touhou universe in general, maybe it makes more sense looking from there

なりそう is the ～そう form of なる

Nari is part of narisou, which is just 成る in -sou form.
The structure XかYか denotes a choice/an alternative between X and Y, which can be thought of as a question "is it/will it be X or Y?".
