I was hoping for some help on this line:

Scenario: It is a diary entry into a journal where a mother is describing how she provoked her son (talked dirty to him and made him super horny) and ended up giving him head.

These were the variations my TL and I were able to think up but I felt (and was told) there was something lacking still:
version1: He ejaculated into my mouth for three whole times.
version2: And he satisfied himself by coming to his heart's content inside my mouth, thrice.

In fact, also original (Japanese) text doesn't mention that "タップリ" refers what ("三回", "射精" or both).
Well, it may be good if you use "for three times" instead of "three times".
