Hello,

I'm an American in Japan, and a professional freelance Japanese to English translator. And I lost my virginity last week! (...On E-H that is.) It looks like quite a nice community and I am interested in doing a lot of translation.

I've worked for a major agency, have translated some well-known manga in U.S. bookstores, and also translate patents, business, industrial, IT, just about anything even biotech or materials science, PR and restaurant menus.
Well I have often thought it would be fun to join a team so this is exciting.

I humbly realize there are people with a list of delivered bounties as long as my arm who must be hathtrillionaires by now, but here's what my first E-H bounty client PM'd me last week:

First of all, let me just say you are crazy fast, definetely a pro. You can claim the bounty, and if you don't have enough credits to claim it I'll send you some, as it's well deserved.

I accept credits and hath of course but by far prefer paypal. PM me about your pet project!

Hello, I'm a translator and editor for Littlewhitebutterflies, but I also translate and edit a lot of stuff that goes in the Team Vanilla categories. Most of what I work on isn't "fit" for the e-hentai galleries, but sometimes full on vanilla is fine as well.

I both translate and edit, although I'm not very good at the latter.
I have no website regarding my translations and I make it my business to not be in the credits.

I do not do animalism (monsters are ok, regular animals usually are not), guro, scat, toddler and/or yaoi.
I prefer to stay away from older ladies, unnaturally large breasts, femdom and shota, but will do it if the artwork is up to my standards.
Except for these restrictions, I work on anything provided the art is up to my standards.

I do enjoy ahegao, lolita (read 13-17 years old, not pre-teen), maledom, netorare, tentacles and fantasy settings.
These tend to get prioritized(so long as they do not contain the above mentioned banned stuff).

Oh, and I don't do SFX unless the request specifically asks for it.

As for rewards, e-hentai currency works fine, but I much prefer the real life payment of PayPal.
Requests offering paypal payment naturally get prioritized above all other (and have slightly less strict restrictions).
Do keep in mind however, that in the end I am the one who decides if I will work on it or not.
Please do not whine if I deny a request.

Wait. By animalism you mean furries or bestiality?

Editor from Hiyoko no Gao (which is "dead" right now because we have no translations for the next chapter).
I just had my first bounty claimed and before that, encountered a problem involving pm limits. So here I am.

Generally, I'm okay with every fetish especially loli and crossdressed shota. But I tend to stay away from guro, bara and extreme violence/torture (I'm quite surprised I'm okay with Fatalpulse, but that's it.)

I like to "challenge" myself by editing redraw-heavy works. Editing SFX is fine if "the boss" wants me to do it.

I also know basic Japanese and could translate a sentence with the help of a dictionary. But translating a whole piece with "machine help" would be too much for my conscience. I just do it if the translator missed a line or it has been awkwardly phrased.

i am not sure this is not right place but did any editor interesting to help some gaming translation project.i am not ammeber of that site nor involved that project just i like lvl5 and jrpg so , tought who knows they looking some help anytime as always thats whyi write,if this wrong or some people dont like it sory about that.

Hello there.
I'm from Brazil, and able and interested in translating stuff from Portuguese to English. Just tomorrow I've uploaded this:

I don't do commissions for money, but I'm interested in commissions/collabs like "I translate/edit s.th. for you, you edit or do s.th. else for me".

As for genres, I usually avoid rape, ntr, yaoi and guro and mostly do vanilla-like stuff.
