I actually think the original is ok. Mostly looks good, few minor qc comments below.

* p.8 - Allen says "Tsuuuka", what does that mean? Sounds like an SFX
* p. 9 - what is Kosmos saying in the bottom left panel? The note refers to T4 (https://e-hentai.org/g/523519/13921dff55/) but I don't see anything relevant there?
* p.15 - there's some things I'd like to say - should be there're some...
* p. 16 - we definetly need the SFX at the bottom left, they seem to be part of the story

Please note we have a summary of the credit page in the recent comments, and please do a usual EHCOVE credit page.

SFX: I'd do the ones we have, but don't worry about redrawing, just slap them nearby like it was done for T4

For page 8:
The "つーか" most likely comes from 　"て言うか" which comes from　"と言いますか" that could be translated to "I mean..." which also fits well in the context.

Instead of using

The ザ is more like "the sound of wind through tree leaves" than "sound of the wind". Using "rattle" could be an option, I guess....
For "strong gust of wind" one could use "swooosh".

I'm 99.5% sure that it's written:
売店。ドッグエリア
You can check the translations using any online translator and you'll get pretty much the same thing because there's no much room for other translations here, besides it being a reference to something, but since I don't know about Xenosaga series, I can't tell if it's a reference or not.

Now, I can't see how 売店 could be altered to make any sense, but the ドッグエリア could be that it should be: ドックアリア (Dock area) which makes more sense, but the mistake is so lousy that is either intentional (hence a reference to something) or the author was drunk, I don't know.

Edit:
Another possibility is that it's nothing to do with the story and it's just a note for something else. Maybe a note about where the group's stand is located in the convection or something like that.
I'm tending to believe that's the case because of how that writing is placed. It's clearly not intended to be the remark of one of the characters in the panel, and it doesn't seem to be making a reference to the place where the scene is happening.
Could also be a reference to previous volumes.

I agree with you, but the Dock Area makes most sense. The setting is usually a space ships, and there are dock areas. I don't know enough about Japanese to be sure, but if they are trying to represent English words using phonetic symbols, dog area and dock area are not that far off... particularly when we consider the poor (on average) command of English dojin authors (Japanese/ESLs in general) have.

Dock area makes more sense, but still doesn't explain the first word ("shop" or "stand"). Is there any typical shop in the Xenosaga series or a mention to any kind of store in the previous volumes of this doujinshi series?

And I still believe that even a Japanese person with poor English knowledge would know that "ドッグ" is "dog". I mean, it's such a common word that people probably learn about it in the first English lessons anywhere in the world (along with "cat", "apple" and "the book is on the table").
