New patch means new data needed, in particular:

QUOTE

I mentioned it in the patch thread, but the Item World PXP multipliers seems to have changed. Pre-patch, I was getting 1092 in 70 rounds on IWBTH, and I just got 1120. If this holds, then the multiplier has increased from x15.6 to x16.

A little more fiddling around with IW. Runs done on a 70-round piece give me 700 PXP at the new Nintendo and 420 PXP at Hell.

EDIT: And a 10-round axe on PFUDOR yields 160 PXP, so it and IWBTH appear to be the same.

Monsters have a PL cap of 403 for an equivalent level of 145 for the player. Below 400 for an equivalent level of 144. So monsters start to have spirit attacks for an equivalent level of 145.

Tenboro changed it to 1 point, not 1%, but never changed the effect text. It comes out to a +0.005 per level, so 50 of those is 0.25. Could possibly have changed, you are welcome to test it.
