I tried shrining noodles for cloth once and i got some average and overall results shrining for staves was better.

How long ago was this?

Also below is what I believe the % chance for weapon prefixes to be from all the shrine dumps. 587 prefixed gear in all of them combined.

Fiery: 15%
Arctic: 15%
Shocking: 15%
Tempestuous: 15%
Hallowed: 10%
Demonic: 10%
Ethereal: 20%

How long ago was this?

After 0.78, shrined 300+ noodles for cloth got 0 leg and some average. Never bothered to shrine for cloth since then.

Okay, update, continuing from here:

• Chained Lightning & Downburst: The wiki says they're both Lv.50 spells, learned with 50 & 60 proficiency, respectively.

  Still don't have them at Lv.113, with 70 proficiency. Not sure if I'm short of the level requirement or the profiency one.

Guess that makes sense:

Cycle is fire/cold/elec/wind

Elec should be next at 70, wind at 80 prof wise, and level 150/200 going with progression from the wiki page saying 50 for fire T2, and 100 for cold t2. But when do things make sense?

Learned Chained Lightning when I hit Lv.115 in the middle of a run, at around 70.55-70.72 proficiency. I'd guess Downburst is at Lv.125 & 80 proficiency, then. I think it's proficiency 50/60/70/80 and Lv.95/105/115/125, but I can't say for certain.

But it looks like it should be 2 or more turns. See
here uareader had 22.8% attack speed bonus and Haste, and was playing low-ish difficulty.

here : I had Haste on IA and playing PFUDOR, so the monsters should also have haste.

Okay, hit 80.02 proficiency, currently at Lv.120. No downburst. I'll see if I can keep it from hitting 81 while I get to 125.

Just need someone to get their proficiency to 50 early & level up until they get Inferno, continue on to 125 without raising their proficiency all that much, and then raise their proficiency to see when they get Blizzard, Chained, and Downburst, just to make sure.

Currently grinding elemental prof. Got all 4 T2 spells with ~50 prof.

Actually, the wiki says you need 60 prof minimum for Downburst. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

i can confirm it. don't remember if it was 50 or 60, but surely they unlocked exactly the same time
