Regarding Spell Minimum Proficiencies, 32 Deprecating unlocks Drain, Weaken, Imperil, Slow, Sleep and Blind (I really hope Silence isn't far off).

Can't help you with Offensive, I have all 0s and T1 spells.

Also, can't say what level requirements may be involved in any of these.

They must be the starters.
