not necessarily. you *can* say you will deal more damage with bleed the slower you are though... whether it's "better" or not would depend on other factors (the monsters double tapping you can mean the difference between you dying or not)

stuns are definitely better the faster you are, but wouldn't that apply to everything else as well? maging is better the faster you are. PA is better the faster you are. etc.

the one exception is that bleed (and poison for those crazy people still using it (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif))

Well, that is true but not true. You will get more ticks yes, but get less normal hits, and get hit more then if you are faster. Can not really be considered as advice imo.

If you want to add that, its reasoning should be stated clearly.

For example, bleeding can drain faster, so it's usual not to be used with haste. However, it can result in more attacks from monsters.

Stunning usually works better with haste, but even so you'll get a free hit from monsters when the stunning proc expires, so it may not be 100% safe as people thought.

But if it's stated at that level of clarity, I'm not sure if it's easy to maintain its validity.

They won't trigger together.

Spikes occur after SoL, don't have SS yet to test.

188 5 Your spike shield hits Blue Orb for 11 points of fire damage.

188 3 You gain the effect Cloak of the Fallen.
188 2 Your Spark of Life restores you from the brink of defeat.
