I'm doing exactly the same damage I do with the Newbie title.

That's what I did, I basically kept spamming Lightning on some level 300 monsters (Liselotte, Eila twins and Elizabeth) and registered minimum and max values.

And you came up for a 0% for dova?

I did two tests, one with Newbie and one with Dovahkiin.
The results were basically the same (with samples of ~100 hits).
I'll do it again tomorrow with larger samples as I don't have the data anymore (closed Notepad without thinking, eh).

No Channeling, great status, no Nerf, no Bewilder, max Staff and Elemental Profs, 0 Elec EDB, enemies always at level 300

Newbie:
Liselotte Werckmeister → Lightning: [1078,1912], sample: 167
Eila Ilmatar Juut1lainen → Lightning: [808,1433], sample: 549

Dovahkiin:
Liselotte Werckmeister → Lightning: [1078,1912], sample: 218

You should ask Tenb then. The wiki is written according to the title descriptions.
If there's anything wrong, Tenb should probably fix that.
