I'm pretty sure that Ads-Be-Gone is granted with Bronze Star, Source Nexus granted with Silver Star, and Quick Browse with Gold Star.

Ether I'm fucking blind or that is new. Ok something else. When I went from a goldstar to 3 I was mad because I didn't get what was listed in the wiki. I sent tenb a msg about it and was told the wiki isn't official and what you get is what is listed on the donation page. It seems that page has been moved/removed from the front page in the last update. So now what is the official donation page? Will the old page be returned when the problems with donations are fixed?

Monster Bonus Stat Approximation
Bonus = [(level^1.1)-10]*.293 if level is greater then 10 Bonus = 0 otherwise
Appox. because of all the rounding done before we get the data we see. It is close enough being only off by 1 at most, and needing to be rounded up or down at different levels.
In other news. Level 400 FSM has 2,454,300 health on normal and 92% physical and magical mitigation.

Hm....AFAIK you got your 3rd goldstar a long time ago? With wiki constantly updated for information by Joe, I would say that wiki should be the reliable source now. (And most of the auras/awards have also been linked to wiki)
The official donation page is still there, though you need to go though wiki-> donation to find that.
As for the last question, I can't answer that for Tenb (as I know as much as you do). Y ou'll need to ask him.

May I ask if they share the same stat bonus as us? That is, do they get the benefits listed in primary attributes?

Their bonuses from stats match ours in every category. And I mean every.
Level 400 FSM should have 1210 stats across the board, and that means an action speed of 503.3333... which is beyond the action speed cap

Is there a section that shows the max proc chance/duration/rates for things like Bleed, Drain, etc.? I looked at the equipment ranges, but those sections seem to be blank

There seems to be some technical problem for Draining procs, but for bleeding/stunning/PA procs I can tell you the approximate max right away.
estoc: max PA 7 turns, 25% chance longsword: max bleeding 7 turns, 25 base, 25% chance mace: max stun 4 turns, 30% chance scythe: max bleeding 7 turns, 30 base, 25% chance katana: max bleeding 7 turns, 25 base, 25% chance
axe: max bleeding 7 turns, 20 base, 25% chance club: max stun 4 turns, 25% base dagger: max bleeding 7 turns, 12 base, 25% chance rapier: max PA 7 turns, 25% chance shortsword: max bleeding 7 turns, 12 base, 25% chance wakizashi: max bleeding 7 turns, 12 base 25% chance
However, don't expect yourself to see any 1-hand weapons with 7 turns at your level. If my guess is correct, there will only be 1-hand weapon with 7 turns after level 320.
Besides, it's difficult to include proc duration into the table: 1. there is no formal and accurate formula to calculate all of them 2. They grow with levels, and what we called 'base' is quite difficult to interpret.

I swear the cost of Ability Boost has dropped massively. Each rank I trained from 66-69 only increased by an increment of ~1,000C. There's no way the final rank costs 99,999C at this rate.

how useful is the wiki on monster lab crystal use? it says the effects list are incomplete. should i trust it or is it very out of date?
