-Pessimism: Should I assume it was just forgotten to add that if you have less than 25% spirit, it doesn't work?
-Optimism: Unlike the spell, there's no mention of a flaw involving the effect not trigger if you have less than 2 HP.Does it mean the scroll is indeed better than the spell on that?

Misc: does the scroll of Gods give the scroll effect or the spell effect?

"Any spells (when entering a new battle series)."

could be deleted as now player always enter new battle series on full MP anyway (unless I missed something).

AFAIK, skillchip was using commands with the HV API to do that, but it wasn't automated. I'll check what I can do when I have time, since the equipments database is between my hands.

I don't know if Scroll of Life has the 1 HP failed triggering weakness or not, but unlike the regular Spark of Life spell, it doesn't have to.

I always rationalized the Spark of Life weakness being that it needs to bring you back to life at 1 HP, and it didn't want to re-trigger in a code loop, specifically the auto-cast version. Fixing it is not a code impossibility, but having that weakness eliminates that bug in the first place.

Scroll of Life naturally lacks that weakness for several reasons. There is no auto-cast version, the Scroll is used up as an item when it triggers, and Scroll of Life restores you to 50% health not 1 HP, eliminating any possibility of re-triggering in the first place.

correct, this isn't relevant anymore. You get prof for every round in which you use the type of skill.
